🚫Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your orderbefore it has been shipped or produced.
Once your order has entered the shipping process, itcannot be canceled.

Not Eligible:Orders that have been shipped (tracking number generated).
If your cancellation is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within3–7 business days.

📦Return Policy
We acceptreturns within 14 daysof receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

The item must beunusedand in itsoriginal condition.

It must be returned in theoriginal packaging(including all accessories).

You must provide areceipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are only charged for shippingonce(this includes return shipping).

No restocking feeis applied to returned items.

In cases ofdefective, damaged, or incorrect products, we will coverall return shipping costsand send a replacement or refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email.
If approved, yourrefund will be processed within 3–5 business days, and the amount will be credited to youroriginal payment method(credit card, PayPal, or Apple Pay).

Used or opened vape devicescannot be returned due to hygiene and safety regulations.

ForDOA (Dead on Arrival)ordamaged items, please provide aphoto or videoproof within 48 hours of receipt — we’ll replace or refund immediately.
